Turnkey Engineering Project
Food Emulsions
Customized Bojline with a progressive volumetric piston pump, active neck clamps, and inline UV lid sanitizers.
Operational Parameter Overview
Shear-Sensitive Tomato Ketchup (Cold-Fill) Emulsion (250,000 cps)
Shaped wide-mouth PET jar
Plastic Screw Cap with Induction Foil Seal
2,400 Bottles / Hour (emulsion stable state)
Gbpackery (Piston Filler), Arrange (Cap Sorter), Screw (Induction Sealer)
Engineering Diagnostic Logic
1. Emulsion breakdown: Shear forces from gear pumps separate oil and vinegar phases.
1. Low-velocity piston: Large volume low-shear servo pistons discharge paste gently.
2. Squeeze deformation: Thin plastic walls collapse under nozzle down-pressure.
2. Neck clamp grippers: Mechanical collar clamps hold the PET bottle by the neck ring during filling.
3. Mold growth: Tomato Ketchup (Cold-Fill) cannot be hot-sterilized, risking post-fill airborne contamination.
3. UV cap sterilizer: Cap delivery chute includes inline high-intensity ultraviolet irradiation tunnels.
