Suitable Sauces

High-acid hot-fill tomato paste, vacuum-sealed particulate tomato sauce, preserves.

Impact on Filler

No direct contact, but filling volume and headspace ratio must be precise. Headspace volume directly determines the final steam condensation vacuum.

Impact on Capper

Requires custom-molded capping chucks and preheating steam pipes. The cap thread pitch must engage the glass jar neck perfectly.

Impact on Labeler

Requires anti-rotation top belts. If the cap has a safety-button indicator, orientation sensors must check the vacuum button flatness.

Required Samples

200 pcs of metal twist-off caps (e.g. TO-58, TO-66, TO-82) with liners, and 50 matching glass jars for capping torque trials.
