Impact on Filler

Requires heavy-duty piston dosing pumps with diving pneumatic nozzles. Pre-heating tunnel required for 85°C hot-fill to prevent thermal shock fracture.

Impact on Capper

Requires steam-injection vacuum capping chambers. Superheated steam is sprayed to purge oxygen and soften the plastisol liner before twisting.

Impact on Labeler

Requires high-volume hot-air blowers or air knives to dry condensation from cold/hot jars completely before applying paper/PP labels.

Required Samples

100 pcs of empty glass jars, 200 pcs of matching twist-off metal lids, and 5L of actual sauce sample for viscosity flow trial.
