All FPM lines support Modbus/TCP as standard. OPC UA interfaces are integrated for ERP/MES data bridges. Provides real-time OEE, alarms, and cycle counts. Traceability printers interface directly with these telemetry systems.

Integrates double-jacketed hot water heated hoppers. Maintains product temperature above 85°C to ensure commercial sterility. Equipped with temperature feedback loop that recirculates product if temperature drops below threshold.

Injects superheated steam into jar headspace prior to capping. Steam displaces oxygen and condenses to form vacuum. Requires cap preheating to soften plastisol liner. Supports vacuum sealing pressure exceeding 0.04 MPa.

We utilize rotary progressive lobe pumps rather than high-impact gear pumps. Controls shear rate below critical threshold (e.g. 50 s^-1). Maintains tomato-ketchup-cold emulsion stability at high velocities. Nozzle cut-off uses a pneumatic piston to prevent trailing drops.
