Requires micro-piston volumetric dosing. Small volumes (30ml - 100ml) demand strict dripping prevention and high-accuracy neck alignment.

Impact on Capper

Requires delicate mechanical twist-off heads. Low capping torque thresholds (1.2 - 1.8 N.m) prevent thread damage on miniature neck glass.

Impact on Labeler

Requires precision wrap-around label belts. The labeler must keep small containers stable without swaying on high-speed conveyors.

150 pcs of empty mini jars, 300 pcs of matching metal lids, and 3L of highly pungent/concentrated sauce.
