Site Diagnosis & Calibration
FPM engineers audited wetted product behavior and container tolerances.
Turnkey Engineering Project
Food Preserves
Implemented SUS316L volumetric piston filler with active temperature jackets, paired with steam-injection capping chambers.
Operational Parameter Overview
Acidic Tomato Paste (85°C Hot-Fill, 150,000 cps)
500g Glass Euro-jar
TO-82 Metal Twist-Off Cap
3,000 Bottles / Hour (continuous steady state)
Gbpackery (Piston Filler), Arrange (Cap Sorter), Screw (Steam Vacuum Capper)
Engineering Diagnostic Logic
1. Thermal shock: 85°C paste into cold glass jars causes bottle fracture.
1. Pre-heating tunnel: Glass jars pass through a multi-stage steam pre-heating tunnel prior to filling.
2. Oxygen residue: Oxidation decolors paste and promotes mold.
2. Steam capping chamber: Superheated steam injection purges 97% of headspace oxygen before capping.
3. Splashing: Thick paste splashing on neck threads blocks vacuum seals.
3. Suck-back diving nozzles: Nozzles descend deep and retract with pneumatic suction to cut off product tail.
Engineering Implementation Stages
FPM engineers audited wetted product behavior and container tolerances.
Tailored dosing nozzles and custom capper chucks designed and machined.
